He was a retired foreman for the Logan Company where he worked for more than 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and two sisters Dorothy and Rebecca Summers.
He is survived by his loving children; John (Annette) and Lisa (Tom) two grandchildren, Rebecca and Stephanie and two great-grandchildren.
A service to celebrate John’s life will be conducted at 10:00 a.m Friday, August 14, 2015 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady Russman & Sons, 1201 E. Oak St. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
