Johnnie Dale Blaine

Johnnie Dale Blaine, 49, of Louisville, passed away December 17, 2018. She was born May 20, 1969 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a former employee of UPS, a member of Downs Syndrome of Louisville, a member of Zoom Group, and a graduate of Shawnee High School. She was preceded in death by her father, Coolidge Blaine "Daddy"; and her sister, Lucinda Bell. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Julia W. Blaine; sisters, Maureen Smith, Mae Anderson(Anthony), Ella King(James), and Harvetta Owens(Samuel Sr.); aunt, Della Wilford; uncle, Marion Wilford; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral service will be 12pm Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Evergreen Funeral Home with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 10am until service time Saturday. Memorial donations in Johnnie's memory can be made to UofK Alzheimers Study. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Hazelwood Center for their excellent care.
