JT Robinson

Robinson, JT, 84, of Louisville, KY passed away on April 24, 2017. Throughout JT's life he attended church regularly and was a committed member of the Highview Baptist Church. JT was very loved by family and friends. He will always be remembered for his love of fishing at the lake and for cooking Sunday night family dinners. JT retired from GE as a warehouse worker.

JT is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Doris Robinson. His parents; Herbert and Lottie Robinson and his sister; Mary Ellen Weldon.

Left to cherish JT's memory are his children; Debbie Terry (Mike), Danny Robinson (Mary), Fredie Robinson (Kim), Lisa Plemmons (Dale).His grandchildren; Bryan Terry, DeAnna Terry, Fredie Alan Robinson (Tiffiny), John Terry (Danielle), Courtney Kiper (Eric), Jason Robinson (Krystal), Justin Robinson (Kim), Dawn Justice (Jesse), Danielle Plemmons, Jacob Caldwell and Matthew Robinson. JT will also be missed by his sister; Edna Mae Kays, 14 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for JT will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 2pm-8pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. A celebration of JT's life will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10am at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven with internment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
