Judy was preceded in death by her mother, Jill Borraga; and sister, Norma Lantz.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 54 years, James Hornback Sr.; children, Angela Burnett (Mike) and James Hornback Jr. (Monica); grandchildren, Tyce Hornback, Lacey Burnett, and Hayden Hornback; siblings, Charles "Sonny" Borraga, Ernie Borraga (Mary), Danny Borraga (Patty), Michael Borraga (Janey), and Candy Daniels (Marcus); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 12 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with entombment at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 1 pm-8 pm and Tuesday from 10 am-12 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in memory of Judy can be made to the American Kidney Fund.
