Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Carl Wayne Hayes, Sr.; son Carl Wayne Jr.; mother, Nell Glass of Prospect, KY.; three sisters, Elizabeth Glass, Vicki Glass Halcomb (Brett) and Catherine Glass Dobbs (Tony). She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
Her father, Joe Glass preceded her in death.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of JuLee will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2011 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home at Westport Road. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of customary expressions of sympathy memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association.
