December 14, 1936, in Corbin, KY to the late Curtis and Louise (Helton) Queary, and was of the Baptist faith. She was retired from the American Printing House for the Blind and previously worked at Double Springs Distillery.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Clarence E. Engle; son, Clayce Engle, Sr., and grandson, Tony Engle.
She is survived by daughters, Beverly Fitch (Robert), Leesa Engle, Maria Buckner (Larry), and Paula Brunner; sons, Archie Engle (Nickie) of Sellersburg, IN and Patrick Engle (Theresa); 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren . She is also survived by a sister, Donna Vermillion (C.D.) of Corbin, KY and a brother, Harold Queary (Beulah) of Lexington, KY; daughter-in-law, Kathy Engle and 4 nephews.

Visitation will be 2-7 pm Tuesday at Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave. and Noon to 2 pm Wednesday at O’Neil Funeral Home in Corbin, with services at 2 pm. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin.
