Karen was born in Louisville on October 25, 1970, to Stevan Boyd Clark and Johna Lynn Clark. She was a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician.
She is survived by her mother, Johna Clark; sons Adam Christopher Black, Alex Thomas Laliberty, Aaron Lee Laliberty, and Joel Arec Lentz; brothers Kevin Wayne Clark, Colin Boyd Clark, and Cameron David Clark; her stepmother Edna Clark-Swiech; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Karen was preceded in death by her father, Stevan Boyd Clark.
