Elliott, Kathy "Kat", 85, entered into eternal rest on June 11, 2016. Kat was a long time member of Eastern Parkway Baptist Church. She was a waitress at Churchill Downs for 33 years. Kat enjoyed watching UK football and basketball and the Cincinnati Reds. Listening to Elvis was a passion of hers which she shared with her family.
Kat was preceded in death by her loving husband, Earl Raymond "Dutch" Elliott; her parents, Richard and Ethel Justice; her brother, Walter Eli Justice; and sisters, Betty Sartini and Geelma Kenny.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Rick Elliott (Kris Peikert); her granddaughter, Brittany; and her sister, Patricia Scott (Jack).
A Funeral Service will be Friday at 2:00pm at Evergreen Dignity Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:30pm until 2:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
In lieu of the customary forms of sympathy memorial donations may be made in Kat's name to The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
