She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Charles Guy Gokey Jr.; a brother, Alvey “Bud” Willis; and a great-grandson, Meyer Preston McDaniel.
Survivors include a daughter, Marcia Hagley-Bhattacharya of Sunrise, FL.; a son, Charles Guy Gokey III from Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Pamela Bickett of Largo, FL, Charles “Chip” Gokey of Louisville, KY, and Sara McDaniel of Lexington, KY.; one great-grandson, Greyson McDaniel; and several nieces and nephews.
Two hour visitation preceding private service on May 16, 2017 at Evergreen Funeral Home.
