He was preceded in death by his sisters, Yvonne Smith and Joyce Thompson.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, the former Phyllis Rasche; sons, Duane(Jennifer), Kevin(Shannon), and Scott(Tina); and grandchildren, Brandon, Dalton, Rosalina, Abbey, and Sara.
A funeral mass will be 10am Monday at St. Luke Catholic Church 4211 Jim Hawkins Dr. with interment in St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8pm Sunday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home 8519 Preston Hwy.
