He was a retired foodservice manager for Meijer.
He is survived by his wife, Mary C. Woods; a brother, Kenny Woods; nephew, Chris Woods; and great nieces, Christie Woods and Ashley Hayes.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 Friday at Bethany Cemetery.
