He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Alfred and Alma Neagle Harris on July 20, 1938. Kenneth worked in the service industry most of his life. He retired after several faithful years managing restaurants at Jefferson Mall. He was a devoted Christian and dedicated much of his free time to his church of over 40 years, Okolona General Baptist Church. He loved University of Louisville Basketball, NASCAR, and, in general, had a deep appreciation for all sports. Kenneth could often be found at his grandchildren’s sporting events cheering them on. He was a true patriot, he loved this country, and he was extremely proud of his two sons and their time in the military. He will truly be missed.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved sons, Bucky Harris (Shana) and Brandon Harris (Megan); his grandchildren, Bethany Brim (Nehemiah), Joe Harris, Aiden Spencer, Leah Spencer, Ava Spencer, Noah Harris, Sawyer Harris, and Lawson Harris; his great-granddaughter, Eleanor Brim; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loved ones and family members.
A visitation for Kenneth will take place at Evergreen Funeral Home in Louisville, Kentucky on Monday November 10th, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
