Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Edward Payne Sr. and Maria del’Carmen Carro Fernandez.
Here to continue to honor Kenny are his silblings: José Payne (Karen), Maria Payne-Wheat, Michelle Payne, Mitchel Payne; and many nieces and nephews.
Kenny will be remembered for his passion for his dogs, as he considered them to be his babies. He loved to go on vacations and visit theme parks, carrying a great sense of humor with him wherever he went. His love for his family was most important of all.
A visitation for Kenny will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10-12pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road. A funeral service in honor of Kenny will begin immediately following visitation at 12. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
