Kenny was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend whose kindness, humor, and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his two sons, Jason M. Miller and Adam L. Miller (Lear), as well as his beloved and loyal grand-dog, Bane, who brought him great joy.
Kenny was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 37 years, Vanessa Miller; his parents, Calvin and Helen Sillman Miller; his sister, Bonnie Stevenson; and his brother, Caryl Miller.
A graduate of Ahrens Trade High School, Kenny built a long and respected career as a Journeyman Mailer with the Louisville Courier Journal, where he dedicated many years of hard work before retiring. He was also a proud member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
Kenny was known by family, friends, and neighbors as the person who could fix just about anything. Whether it was automotive work, television and electronics repair, or helping someone in the neighborhood with a project, he was always ready with the tools, knowledge, and patience to lend a hand. His generosity, resourcefulness, and the pride he took in helping others earned him the unofficial title of the neighborhood “fix-it dad” and “grandpa.” His presence, wisdom, and willingness to help will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
