Kenneth "Kenny" and "Yo" E Morley

Kenneth E. "Kenny" Morley, 83, of Taylorsville, passed away with family by his side on the afternoon of December 13, 2014 at Norton Audubon Hospital after a brief illness. He was a native of Los Angeles, CA.

Kenny had retired from Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital and was a Christian by faith. As a young man he loved participating in sports of all kinds, and had coached football. He loved watching any sports on TV... especially March Madness.

Preceding him in death was his son, Christopher Morley and his daughter, Vickie Timeyer, along with his parents John Warren and Leta Hood Morley.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, Gladys Daniel Morley; children, Mike (Patty), Kenny C. (Sarah) and Mistee Joyce; step-son, Rob Nelson; siblings, Bobbie Einwalter, Elaine Powers, Patty Wright and Richard Morley; and grandchildren, Christina, Michael, Kenna, Savanna, Rhiannon and Hanna.

A Life Celebration will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY, 40218, with a private entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 1-8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
