Kenneth (Ken) was born in Chicago, IL and raised Cleveland, OH. He attended Lincoln High School graduating in 1957. Ken enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving for 10 years as an Electronics Technician. Ken earned a Masters in Physics University of CA and and a Computer Engineering degree from Cal-Tech University. He went on to work for several companies, primarily AT&T, as computer engineer and consultant. Later, he was a professor for KCTCS in Louisville, KY.
In 1982 Ken married Anna in Louisville, Kentucky. They lived in Connecticut and Ohio before settling in Henry County and, ultimately Crestwood, KY. Ken and Anna operated farms and he enjoyed raising livestock. For many years, held a private pilots license and flew his Cherokee Plane.
Ken is survived by Anna his wife, a sister, Marilyn Peterilin, and brother Fred Nelson both of Cleveland. Nephew Joe Peterlin, and nieces; Christine and Kitty Peterlin. Step children Cheri (Jack) Giralico, Tim Prow, Deby (Tony) Leo, and Jeff (Ramona) Prow, eleven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
