He was born September 2, 1942, in West Orange, NJ, the son of the late Joel Littleton Stewart and Virginia Smith Reynolds. He was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Helene Lane Roadstrum Lang.
Kim attended Centre College and was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville; he was proud of his ongoing role as the spirit and leader of the Kent School Class of 1969. Kim proudly served and retired from the U.S. Navy. He was a social worker at River Region, Seven Counties Services, and Adanta.

He was an avid UK basketball and Uof L football fan, and was a zealous collector of Disneyana and LP records.
His happiest days were spent driving around in the convertible weather and stopping at yard sales wearing his “Would you take less for that?” t-shirt. More recently, his Facebook friends were amused if sometimes offended by his frequent posts.
