Larry Howard Brandt, 78, of Louisville passed away on Friday at the Episcopal Church Home. He was a Pilot for the United States Air Force (Ret) and retired from the Social Security Administration in management and claims. Larry traveled the world and his memberships included the VFW, Airforce Association and the North American Fishing Club.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Lucretia "Lucky".
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pamela Stoltz Galbraith-Brandt; son, Timothy Brandt; daughter, Amber Galbraith Bodnar (Tony); grandson, Quinn Bodnar.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2011 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home at Westport Village. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Monday. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff with full Military Honors.
