Larry Marion Lawson, 72, of Louisville passed away Wednesday March 5, 2014 at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born in November 23, 1941 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky to the late Lawrence Marion Lawson and Eva Wilma McMillen. He was a member of West Broadway Baptist Church, a Navy Veteran and retired from the United States Postal Service in 2004.
Larry was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Lawson; a sister, Eunice Florence Reinwald; and a brother, Jerry Husk.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Clark (Rick); two grandchildren, Blake and Chase Clark; two sisters, Belinda Joyce McGimsey and Donna Gail Moore; and a brother, Charles Robert Husk.
A celebration of his life will be conducted Monday March 10, 2014 at 10 AM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-6 on Sunday at the funeral home.
