Larry E. Moon

Larry was a retired business owner of the Highlands Pasquales. After his retirement, in 1996, he lived his life fully by working on home projects, but his greatest joy was being a family man.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Lucille Moon.

Left to cherish his memory, is his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia Moon; children, Angela Langenkamp (Michael), Leanne Greenwell (Charles), brother, John Moon (Francis); grandchildren, Nathan Greenwell (Whitney), Kaitlin Langenkamp, Eric Langenkamp, Aaron Greenwell, one great grandchild, Reagan Greenwell and many nieces and nephews, and Cheryl Dowell, whom he always considered as his “number 3”.

We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and caregivers at Baptist Health Louisville ICU and Palliative Care unit for the loving care shown to our family.

A celebration of Larry’s Life will be conducted at 10 AM on Monday, March 7, 2016 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd, with interment to follow in St. Michael Cemetery. Guests are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 3-8pm and after 9am the day of the funeral.
