Teresa, thank you so very much for answering my text. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Seeing pictures from 60 years ago really brought back memories. Your Dad was in my brother's class at St. Simon and Jude Grade School. I'm going to try to find a photo of my brother John with Larry in class together in the mid-50s. Would it be possible for you to scan the projects photo of the Westrays together and email it to me. I would like to send it to my brothers and sisters as they also remember those days from long ago. Thank you for your kindness and taking time with me. My cell number is 502-296-3306 and my email address is CiscoDad7@gmail.com. I would also like Chris’ phone number so I could send him scans as well. When I was leaving I saw Chris and he said “I now remember you”. May God bless you and your family and hold Larry in the palm of his hand. Steve Hazelwood

I grew up in the South End of Louisville In the Iroquois Housing Projects and I remember a young blond headed youngster named Larry Westray. My Dad, John was very good friends with his father, Spike and his Mom, Louise. He also had a younger sister, Geraldine and a brother, Wilbur. I remember he was a fine lad and we would play together. He was about 8 years old. Please contact me and let me know if this is the Larry Westray of my youth. I wish you and your family the very best at this sad time. Steve Hazelwood 502-296-3306
