Lattie Ruth Triplett, 92, of Louisville passed away December 27, 2015 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center at Norton Pavilion. She was born on Mary 25, 1923 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Albert and Lattie Carson. She was a member of St. Paul Untied Methodist Church and was retired from the Jefferson County Board of Education.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Omer Willard Triplett Jr.; two brothers, Albert Johnson and Christopher Graham.
She is survived by her son, Terry W. Triplett Sr. and his wife, Darleen; two grandchildren, Victoria A. Triplett and Terry W. Triplett Jr. and his wife, Leia.
A service to celebrate her life will be conducted Monday, January 4, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 on Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Hosparus or Kosair Charities.
