Leslie R. "Les" Norman, 53, of Louisville, passed away on December 11, 2011 at Baptist East after a brief illness. He loved to sing and play the guitar and has recorded music through the years. He was quite the athelete, playing baseball and basketball. Les had also owned harness racing horses in years past. He had worked as a computer operator for Commonwealth Bank.
Preceding him in death was his father, Donald B. Norman.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Mary A. Wallace Norman; brothers, Howard D. and Greg T. Norman and sister, Donna Lynn Norman; nieces, Lisa Michelle and Kristin Michelle and a great-nephew, Ethan Green.
Les' Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with inurnment in Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
