Linda Louise Parrino was called home on January 30th, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was the light and the “magic” in her family. Linda lived a truly selfless life dedicated to her family, friends and faith.
Linda meant so much to so many, but her family truly knew the depth of her love. She was always concerned with keeping the family close and making sure every family member felt loved. Linda taught her children and grandchildren to love The Lord and shared with them her devotion to The Blessed Mother. Her faith never wavered through her sickness and suffering and that incredible example will live in them all forever.
She also had an amazing sense of humor. She was easy to laugh and always wanted everyone to have fun and enjoy life. She was simply pure joy, love and beauty in every way. It’s impossible to find the words to describe Linda…there was, and never will be, anyone like her. Her absence leaves a hole in the hearts of her family that will never be filled. She loved deeply and she was deeply loved.
Linda was born to the late James and Virginia Link on November 09, 1948. She lived a life devoted to her Catholic Faith and was a member of St Bernadette Catholic Church.
After raising her three children, Linda worked 21 years at Norton Healthcare as a Practice Manager before retiring in 2017.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, whom she adored, Chris Parrino. Linda leaves behind her three children, Leslie Priest (Cravens), Chris Parrino (Jill), Nick Parrino (Tracey), with whom she shared such special bonds.
Linda had 7 grandchildren who were the lights of her life, Ava Priest, Tess Priest, Link Priest, Abby Parrino, Chris Parrino III, Cecelia Parrino, and Naomi Parrino.
She is also survived by her three siblings, who she loved very much, Susan Herbig (Bill), Dr. James Link (Charlotte), and Dr. Robert Link (Paula).
