She was born on July 19, 1950 in Louisville, KY, to Levi and Lucille Rutledge. Linda was a Seneca High graduate and went on to receive her Master Degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
Linda is survived by her son Andrew Payne; her brother, David Rutledge; her companion Michael O’ Brien, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 12 noon at Resthaven Memorial Park.
