Toni, I've been thinking of you and keeping you in my thoughts. Please know that I think your mom is back to having all of her memories and is now with pap paw.

Toni, Losing your Mother is one of the hardest things you will go through. To be loved and cared for and in return to care for and love that person in their final years is a precious but rare quality that God cherishes in His creation. He smiles each time He looks at you and the love and care you gave to your Mom will not be forgotten. You were blessed but she was even more blessed to have such a loving, devoted daughter. May God wrap His arms around you and lift you up in the days to come. Remember that we love you and are here for you. God bless you and rest knowing your Mom is at peace and full of joy, no longer bound by the disease that slowly was stealing her away.
With our condolences, Pat & David

I met Lois at Parkway/Landmark Nursing Facility. My Mom is also a resident there. You have described her perfectly! She was a "gentle soul".
RIP Lois, it was your time.
