She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Leslie M. Bright, a daughter, Linda Faye and a great-grandson, Brandon Bright.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jerry Wayne Bright and Robert Stephen Bright (Sandi); grandchildren, Gary Dermody, Tony Bright, Greg Bright, Melissa Dermody and Carrie Cooper; great-grandchildren, Kyle Dermody, Evan Bright, Chayse Cooper, Paige Bright and Preston Cooper and a great-great-granddaughter, Sophia Case.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday 12 Noon at Evergreen Funeral Home in the Dignity Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held Friday from 3-8 pm at the Funeral Home.
The family would like memorial donations in Lorene's name to be directed to Hosparus of Louisville.
