He is survived by his loving wife; Debbie Elmore, son; Michael V. Elmore, three stepchildren, Dinah, David, Josh and granddaughter; Laylah. He is also survived by his sister; Viola Sizemore.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 10 am, Monday, March 19, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held 3-8 pm Sunday, March 18, 2012 and after 9 am the day of the service.
