Louisa lost her battle with cancer, she was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She retired from Shaw American as a case manager and in her retirement was devoted to taking care of her family and her faith as a Jehovah’s Witness.
She is survived by her husband Gene, sister Beth Armstrong, children James C. Allen IV (Chiharu), Paula Rogers (Jamie), John Tarpley Causey (Marie), grandchildren Patrick, Christopher, Jordan, James, Carlie, Julie, Leigh, Angelina, Kari-Lyn, Tony and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 10:00am-2:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY 40218.
