He was a retired lab technician for DuPont, a member of Valley View Church, and an Army veteran of WWII.
Survivors include his wife Willa Dean Wade; son David Wade (June); daughter Debbie Daugherty (Tim); grandchildren, Kyle (Meghan), Alisha, Jordan, Emily, Cynthia, and Brianna; and great-grandchildren Brynna and Bay Adalyn. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason.
His funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Friday, and after 10 am Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifs may be made to the Jack Vibbert Foundation.
