Luka Joseph Lee Martish

Luka is the son of Jamie and Leslie Martish of Elizabethtown.

Luka is preceded in death by his maternal great grandmothers, Windsor Rose Brown and Anna Fern Best, a paternal great grandfather Charles “Charlie” Julius; and paternal great grandfather, Leonard Joseph Giglio. He also had three siblings that made it back to Jesus before their Earthly journey began.

He is survived by eight siblings, Kaily Martish, Jamie Martish Jr, Jordan Martish, Karter Best, Kaldon Jones, Kaniah Smith, Meadow Martish, and Kylan Martish, all at home.

His paternal grandparents are Kelly Bornè of Louisville, and Elizabeth Blair and her husband Keith of Radcliff.

His maternal grandparents are Joseph Best and his wife Penny of Cecilia, and Lisa Lucas and her husband David of Radcliff.

Luka loved being read to by his mommy and siblings, and his favorite things to do were nap, suck his lips, eat, and be held by his loved ones. Luka gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth and he will be remembered as the fighter he was.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Heady Hardy Funeral Home at 7710 Dixie Highway Louisville, KY 40258 on Monday November 20th 2023 3pm-8pm. Funeral services will be held at same location Tuesday 10:30 a.m. Visitation from 8:30 until time of service. Burial will follow at White Mills Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy can be made via the family GoFundMe account or to the family at cash app $Mrsmartish to offset funeral costs.
