Born in Louisville, KY on February 3, 1965. She was a 1984 graduate of Moore High School.
She worked as a nurse’s aide for over 30 years at Pine Tree Villa, Baptist Home Health Care, Baptist Health Hospital, and Norton Audubon Hospital.
Lynn was preceded in death by her parents Harley & Margaret Meredith; grandparents, Andrew & Agnus Terry; uncle, Howard Terry; cousin, Judy Miller.
She is survived by her brothers, Dennis & Douglas (Robyn) Meredith; nieces, Jennifer Meredith, Michelle (Steve) Schmidt, Jaime (Jacob Runner) Spencer, Kerri (Brandon McGraw) Key; nephew, David (Sarah) Meredith; great nieces, Dakota (Jed) Wolford, Chance (Dylan) Tisher, Kendall Key; great nephews, Landon Key and, Jackson McGraw; great-great nieces, Bryleigh Tisher and, Evie Wolford; great-great nephews, Jaxon, Easton Tisher and, Leo Wolford; Cousins, Larry (Carol) Terry, Candy (Ross) May, Terry, Mike (Shana) Miller and their families. All of whom she loved dearly.
Memorial service to celebrate Lynn's life will be 4pm, Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40218.
Visitation will be 2-4pm Saturday, Feb 21, 2026 at the same venue.
