Madison is preceded in death by her great- grandmothers, Mary Johnson and Suzie May Looney.
She is survived by her parents, Paula Roarx and Thomas Rutledge, Sr; her brother, Thomas Rutledge, Jr.; grandparents, Luther Johnson, Diane Rutledge, Paul Roarx, Tammy Roarx and Thomas James Looney; aunts, Erica Rutledge, Patrice Rutledge, Tanya Florexile, Ann Bowdre and Geneva McCall; cousin, Susan Dawes; and a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
Celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy. Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
