McIntosh, Mandy Nicole, 27, passed away October 7, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Michelle McIntosh; grandfather, Ronnie Knott; and grandmother, Elsie McIntosh.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Kaden McIntosh; father, Jason Knott; siblings, Kaelin Knott, Dylan Sheehan, Alexis Sheehan, Cheyenne McIntosh, and Steven McIntosh; grandparents, Bill and Deb Taylor, and Teresa Knott; aunts, Kelly Putty (Kevin), Billi Sue Stallings, Shannon Alexander, and Missy McIntosh (Bobby); uncle, Tony Knott; and numerous cousins.

The funeral service will be held Friday, October 11, 2019 at 2 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11 am-2 pm at the funeral home.
