She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Beulah Hardy, a sister, Betty J. Heineman and a grandson, Daniel R. Hartley.
Mandy is survived by her son, Kevin Mitchum (Brenda), grandchildren, David T Hartley and Kelli M. Kamousi, great grandchildren, Emma Hartley and Karly Hartley.
A funeral service to celebrate Mandy's life will be conducted at 12 noon on Thursday, April 6, 2017 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8 pm on Wednesday, April 5, 2017
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
