Marcella Louise Patterson, 95, was born on October 24, 1921 to the late George and Selma (Lortz) Birkelbach, and passed from this life on June 26, 2017. She was a retired employee of Henry Vogt Machine Co., and a member of Victory Memorial Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memory is a daughter, Kathryn Powers (Glynn); a granddaughter, Kristina Bartley (Wayne Graham); niece, Karen Ranney (Richard); a nephew Richard Johnson (Carolyn); and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Mrs. Patterson will be held at 10 am Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
