Johnson, Marcus A., 21, entered into eternal rest on November 1, 2015. He was a U of L fan, enjoyed walking, music and spending time with his family. Marcus overcame many obstacles in his life, but still remained positive and always with a smile on his face that brightened everyone’s life.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Woo.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Sandra Woo; brother, Peyton Johnson; sister, Aliyah Johnson; grandparents, Beverly Johnson “Mama”, Kenneth Johnson and William Woo; uncle, Nicholas Johnson; aunt, Kim Gover; cousin who was like a brother, Austin Johnson and cousin, Aaron Gover.
A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 12 noon at St. Stephen Martyr. Visitation will be Friday from 2 pm-8 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in memory of Marcus can be made to the Home of the Innocents.
