Born on March 22nd, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky, Margaret was the daughter of Ross McIntire & Anna Thomas. She was a graduate of the National College of Business and Technology, holding a degree in Computer Science. She was a former employee of Mesa Foods. Margaret was a hardworking, dedicated wife and mother. Her family held a special place in her heart. She loved her pets and animals in general. She loved horses and birds, even having a Cockatiel. Margaret loved horse racing and going to track meets. She would do anything for anyone she could help. She never knew a stranger and was always a giver. She was the neighborhood mom, being surrounded by children and adults alike who needed her tender and loving nature & care. Margaret lived a full life, a life well lived.
Her parents, Ross & Anna McIntire; and sister, Elizabeth Smith, precede Margaret in her passing.
Left to cherish her unforgettable memory are her husband, Kevin D. Johnson; children, Robert Johnson, Tony (Lori) Johnson & Angela (Stephen) Elder; grandchildren, Alexandra Keener, Olivia Johnson & Landen Elder; & one – great – grandchild, Anthony Keener; plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 30th, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 29th, 2022 from 12:00 – 8:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
