She is preceded in death by her husband, Charley Morehead.
Margaret is survived by her son Gregory Smith and his fiancee, Pam Clark, grandson, Noah, a granddaughter, Elsa Stang, two great grandchildren, Abby and Charlie. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Morehead. A special thanks to Kathy Vogel for all of her care. friends, Mike Sullivan and Becky Vanbockel.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218. A committal service will occur Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 3:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218.
