She retired from the old Bacons Department Store as a buyer and a member of Grace Crossing.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Ragland; daughter, Sue Carman; a step daughter, Ava Ragland and a stepson, Terry Ragland. She has three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be noon on Monday, June 7th at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Sunday.
