She is survived by her children, Donna Gribbins (Mark), Thomas Chamberlain, Mary Beth Alcorn (Eric); son in law, Charles Jacoby; and good friend, Val Cushman.
Left to cherish her memory are eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Chamberlain; a daughter, Linda Jacoby; a grandson, Cole Alcorn; her parents, James and Margaret Evins; and her five sisters, Joann Jurasin, Eleanor Matthews, Janet Ferguson, Betty Sue Bell, and Patricia Greenwell.
Funeral Services will be held at Heady Hardy Funeral home, 7710 Dixie Highway, on Friday, September 13 at 1pm with interment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12 from 3pm to 8pm and Friday morning until time of service.
