Downey, Martha Ann,74, of Louisville, passed away, Saturday, August 29, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Johnie W. Downey Sr. and is survived by five children and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with private services and burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
