Martha League Van Hook, age 94, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 2nd, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, William L. Van Hook, daughter Dr. Cathy G. Van Hook (Dr. Roger Richardson), son Dale Kent Van Hook and sister Margaret League Martin.
Visitation at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road , from 12:00 - 2:00 on Sunday January 8th, followed by funeral at 2:00 at Resthaven Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Adam’s Pantry in care of Highview Baptist Church.
