She was preceded in death by her grandmother Gladys Kortz, aunt Doris Kortz.
She is survived by her daughter, Beth Fouts (David) and son, Todd Westphal (Laura) and grandchildren Caroline and Matthew Fouts. There are also a host of cousins.
The family would like to thank her home health nurse Tamera for the loving care that was given to Martha. Also, many thanks to the ICU staff at Audubon Hospital.
A memorial celebration of Martha's life will be held on Saturday February 9, 2013 at Highland Baptist Church at 2pm.
Expressions of sympathy can be sent to Hosparus of Louisville or Hospice of Citrus County.
