Martha Westphal

Martha R. Westphal, 67, of Louisville passed into the arms of her heavenly father on February 1, 2013.

She was the daughter of the late Warren and Louise Rosbottom. Martha was a member of Kentucky Court #1 Order of the Amaranth and Louisville Shrine #1 Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem. Martha had many loves that included sewing, cooking, and bingo. But, her biggest love was her grandchildren and grand dogs.

She will be missed by all of her friends in Homosassa, Florida where she lived for the past 13 years until February of 2012. She will also be missed by all of her friends at Farmdale Senior Community.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Gladys Kortz, aunt Doris Kortz.

She is survived by her daughter, Beth Fouts (David) and son, Todd Westphal (Laura) and grandchildren Caroline and Matthew Fouts. There are also a host of cousins.

The family would like to thank her home health nurse Tamera for the loving care that was given to Martha. Also, many thanks to the ICU staff at Audubon Hospital.

A memorial celebration of Martha's life will be held on Saturday February 9, 2013 at Highland Baptist Church at 2pm.
