Molly was one of the friendliest people. She never met a stranger. When Vince umpired softball Molly was always behind the backstop watching the game. She was very observant and Vince enjoyed her criticism of the job he was doing. Molly always spoke her mind. She will be missed but Jim will surely be at the Pearly Gates waiting his beloved Molly. May God help you all, our prayers are with you. Amen

We extend our deepest sympathy to Molly’s family. So many years of friendship with her family spent in the St Rita community; grade school, church, sports, and picnic times are cherished always.
We take comfort that Jim & Molly are together in paradise, having earned their reward through love & hard work.
Wishing you all comfort & peace. ❤️

Ms. Molly
You will be missed at the OWC. I loved coming and seeing your sweet smile. You were my UL buddy, I think we were the only two there. I loved talking about the players, ball games and loved the excitement on your face when you would say I was at that game. There is a large hole in our OWC sister with out you.
May God bless your family and comfort them .

Molly was a great person...I will greatly miss "the old lady". She was always so nice to me and shared memories and items from her many years as a founding member of Okolona Woman's Club with me. I feel like I lost my own family member. I am glad I knew Molly and I send out love to the family.

To all the Deignan family, my love and sympathy to you on Molly's passing. I was just thinking about her when I passed St. Rita last week and the softball field, thinking about all those great times now almost 50 years ago when I was assigned to St. Rita with Fr. Tony & Fr. Mike & Fr. Murphy. Great memories of Jim and Molly, such 'salt of the earth' people. I learned a lot from both of them. I hope that all their kids and grandkids and great grandkids can 'imitate' their love & passion for so many things in life. I will be praying for you all during these days. Sometimes I get out to St. Rita's to sub for Mass there in my 'semi-retirement'! They taught me so much about what it means to be a 'priest to the people'! Love & sympathy, Fr. Joe Graffis (St. Rita 1971-74, classmate of Fr. Bill Martin RIP and Fr. Jerry Bell).

I taught some of Molly's kids & grandkids. She was always very interested in their success and progress, whether in school or on the field. I know all of the family of Molly will have many wonderful memories to share of her life & time here on earth. She was involved in St. Rita & the community & has left a rich legacy for her family. My best wishes to all of you as you celebrate her life. Mr

Such a sweet lady, quite proud to remind me of her age at every encounter. We shared many moments in the gym watching basketball games and at church getting caught up on her trips with her sister. Always a smile and a story to share with others.
May your family receive comfort knowing your mom shared her love with many ....... and many loved her back.
