Throughout her life, she was the best wife, mom, and grandma and gave unconditional love to all of us.
She is survived by her loving husband, Edward Anthony Hayes, her 4 daughters Kathy Smiddy (Fred), Laurie Zinious , Julie Meredith (David), and Amy Winstel (Joe Offutt), and her 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Noon on Friday at Saint Joseph Church, 1406 E. Washington St. with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, 4-8 pm at Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave.
