Mary Ruth Lockhart, 76, of Louisville passed on October 24, 2011. She was a member of Watkins United Methodist Church. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Wendell E. Lockhart; two children, Cathy Mueller (David) and Brian Lockhart (Kathy); four grandchildren, Matthew and Daniel Mueller, Kristen and Heather Lockhart.
A service to celebrate the life of Mary will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 28, 2011 at Watkins United Methodist Church, 9800 Westport Road. Interment will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday in the parlor of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home at Westport Village.
In lieu of customary expression of sympathy the family has requested memorials to Watkins United Methodist Church or American Diabetes Association.
