THORPE, MARY PATRICE, 47, of Pleasure Ridge Park passed from this life on Wednesday March 25, 2009 at her home. She was the former Mary Donovan, a former employee of Mother's Cookies and Usher Transport, and a Catholic by faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Donovan. She is survived by her loving husband, Jack T. Thorpe; a daughter, Jennifer Reynolds; son, Anthony Reynolds; step daughter, Erica Haines; stepson, Jack M. Thorpe; her mother, Geneva Donovan; sisters, Janis Thorpe and Lynn Burba; brothers, William and Doug Donovan; her former husband, Richard Reynolds; and six stepgrandchildren. A celebration of Mary's life will be held at noon Monday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday.
