She was preceded in death by her husband, John Allen Willoughby Sr.; son, John Allen Willoughby Jr.; brother, James Moore; and her granddaughter, Amanda Willoughby. She is survived by her daughters, Anna Robinson(Robert) and Therese Willoughby(Billy); grandchildren, Josh(Billie Jo), Andrew(Vanessa), Kristal, Nikita(Brent), Vanessa(Brandon), Dillion, Brent, Mathew, and Logan; and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Hailey, Camron, Trevor, Michael, Brandon, Carissa, ZoeAnn, Bryleigh, Lucas, Adeline, and Waylon.
Funeral service will be 12pm Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home at 7710 Dixie Hwy. in Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be 12pm-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations in Maryann's memory can be made to WHAS Crusade for Children.
