Mike's nickname was Pickle. Pickle was the anchor to his family. Hard-working to the core, he dedicated his years of work to Kelley Construction, where he worked as superintendent for Kelley Construction and took pride in doing things the right way.
Those who knew Pickle also knew the warmth behind his teasing—he teased and picked jokes to show his care and love—and the spark of a creative imagination that made ordinary moments brighter. Above all, he loved his children and grandchildren, holding close the people who mattered most and giving them the kind of steadfast love that endures. He also loved to hunt, reflected his appreciation for time spent outdoors and the traditions he valued.
He is preceded in death by, his parents; Gene and Etta Brown; his brothers, Johnny, Ray, Keith Brown; his sisters, Josie Brown, Carol Childers.
Pickle is survived by; his sisters, Peggy Noe, Kim Stuck; his beloved children, Tonya Curtsinger and Lauren Corbett; his beloved grandchildren, Trevor Brown, Nolan Brown, Alexis Corbett, Jadin Corbett, and his great grandchildren Kolin Brown, Dalynn Brown.
Big thanks to the mother of Mike's children for helping assist in his care for the past two years, we couldn’t have been able to make his dreams come true if it wasn’t for her unconditional love.
